Pakistan Saudi Defence Agreement

Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Saudi Arabia Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman officially signed a Strategic Mutual Defense Agreement (SMDA) on dated: September 17, 2025 in Riyadh.

This pact formalizes their decades-long security relationship and pledges that any aggression against one nation will be considered an attack on both countries.
